We gladly accept returns and exchanges but please read the below for information

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery.
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations.  But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  •     Custom or personalised orders
  •     Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  •     Digital downloads
  •     Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Cancellation of Order
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel an order within 7 days – starting from the day after you take delivery.

You have the right to cancel for any reason.
If you wish to cancel an order please e-mail us at sales [!at] magpies-vintage.co.uk clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the order you must give us notice in writing within 7 working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order.

Once you have cancelled the order, you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own expense. Please wait for our confirmation email as to where to return your goods to. If the goods are returned to us within 14 days from the date of our confirmation email; in the original as sold condition with the original packaging then a refund of the costs of goods will be refunded deducting the carriage fees.

If it is more convenient to us, we will notify you and arrange collection by our couriers; any costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.

We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods, minus the delivery fee, less any costs to collect the goods.

You should expect this refund payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Under certain circumstances we will refund the carriage fees to deliver and return on your behalf as we except liability that we were at fault.

These conditions include:
* If the item has been mis-sold and is not as listed comparative to the images
* We send out the wrong item comparative to the images and description - In certain cases we maybe able to offer an alternative item but this will depend on the nature of the order.
* If we can offer an alternative item (style, size, colour, age) and you choose not to accept this then we have made significant efforts to rectify the situation for which we cannot be held liable for the delivery and return fees.
