The Vintage Tea Chests make perfect side tables for lamps and also make great bedside tables.

These vintage tea chests would have originally transported tea across the high seas!

This listing is for the PAIR of chests listed in the images, these are the two you will receive.

Both have " it pays to buy good tea" on a side.

The chests are rare, in size and text.

One chest has some damage to the top but we have strengthened on the inside so it’s good for use.

Each tea chest has been lightly restored, fully waxed and buffed to a shine, ready for use in your home. The insides of each chest has been left in fairly original as found condition, Some have the original silver foil too and sometimes remnants of tea!

*Please note: The Tea Chests are used and have a complete hole in a panel - This chest has a hole cut in the back panel - So it is perfect for use as a bedside table.
