Large rustic Pine Counter with drawers and under counter shelf, this is a fabulous item with many possible uses.It would firstly make a great shop counter, a display item for a shop fitting, a kitchen island for a home kitchen and also a great draughtmas table for drawing and design. It dates from around the 1950s. It is made from solid pitch and Colombian Pine. The wood has been sanded smooth removing all the old varnish and a coat of oil has been applied, leaving a clean fresh feel. The original handles have been polished, reshaped and waxed, buffing up to a nice sheen.

The cabinet has has extensive rebuild as it wasn't structurally sound, now its ready for use for many years to come. There are marks and ware to the top, adding charm and character.
