Metal Trunk Vintage 1930s Coffee Table Toy Box Chest

Industrial travel chest, with wooden banding detailing, lacquered and finished trunk, leaving smooth dirt free surface, feeling beautiful to the touch.

Perfect coffee table storage chest, Complete with original polished brass catch.

The inside is the original blue paint, which is good clean condition.

The top has wooden bands, which would have been to add strength onboard when stacked up for transportation. These have been lightly sanded and sympathetically restored.

The top is fairly flat but does have some level of an uneven surface as pictured.
